METAPHORS

Recently, Mary and I attended a ballet of the Prokofiev’s Cinderella Ballet. Ballet, like theater and music, is an excellent example of Group Consciousness. The individual consciousnesses of probably hundreds of individuals is synthesized into a Ballet. In this particular example, the music, the incredible grace of the dancers, the fusion of every movement, the costumes and props are all woven together to manifest the beautiful Principles of Life that Cinderella’s story breathes. Through the expression of music, human forms, and movements these Principles live and become a synthesis in the energy field, the consciousness of the performers and the observers.

It occurred to me as the ballet unfolded Cinderella’s story, that this whole thing we each call our life is a kind of ballet. What if a day in our life was a scene from the ballet of an incarnation? In the dance of every day interactions, the movements of the classical ballet, become the multidimensional millions of the nuanced movements of human language. This language involves not only our dense physical bodies, but the massively complex motions of the emotional and mental energy fields as well as our personalities and the incarnated units of consciousness, or souls we actually are.

In the ballets of our daily lives, we are speaking to our environments. We speak not only with the music of our voices and our words, but like ballerinas, with every feeling, every movement. So, each day becomes a scene in the evolving metaphor of our life.

 And all of this, the entire performance moment, by moment is being driven by our thoughts! This fact, that energy follows thought, is a little known or understood Law of Cosmic Physics. However, every feeling, every movement is driven by our thoughts, and our thoughts are ultimately generated by our Intentions. Intentions, depend on where in consciousness the “thinker”, the creator of the ballet is focused in any given moment.

Mostly, people who are centered in their separate selves, or self-centered are relatively unconscious of their own thought processes. They are driven primarily by the power of their selfish desires to gain what they assume is good for their separative selves. The Common Good does not enter into their decisions. They unconsciously, “automatically”, use what intelligence they have to fashion and drive forms, situations, or plans that will gain for themselves what they desire.

There are many self centered individuals of remarkable intelligence who are well aware of how they can use their power of thought to gain their aims. Their Intentions are motivated by ancient and outworn materialistic illusions concerning reality. (The Rays and the Initiations P. 351.) They value personal aggrandizement, and power gained through the personal ownership of physical wealth or property.

So, just who is actually creating and directing this dance—the group conscious or the self conscious individual—is of the utmost importance. As we have all experienced, the answer to this question is rather fluid; and for us humans, this is a very complicated situation. However, we can uncomplicate it.

 At this point, billions of us, have been through many, many incarnations. We have tons of experience in discriminating between a consciousness which has a separative, self-centered polarity and a group conscious centered polarity. We also know from tons of very painful firsthand experience where the delusion of separation inevitably leads. And also, from probably somewhat less experience, where the field of Joy exists.

So, for us it comes down to vigilance.

First, it is absolutely necessary to consciously accept personal responsibility for our individual actions. We have a Free Will. Denying personal responsibility for or personal actions, not only negates our free will, it is the path to delusion. (Current leaders of various National Governments are providing amazing examples of this particular type of insanity.) We make choices. We earn the karmic results from these choices.

A major challenge, and a big key in this effort of maintaining constant vigilance, i.e. knowing exactly and always just where our own conscious is focused, is to consciously shift our approach to Life from an automatic intellectual analysis and response to a heart approach. “What action is it that is founded upon cosmic cooperation? Each action of forward striving means a step in evolution. The evidence of forgetfulness of one’s own “I” indicates adherence to evolution. The closed circle of the heart produces an oppressive formation. The Silvery Lotus that is unfolded on all sides indicates the containment of all cosmic fires. Thus is an open heart affirmed in Cosmos.” Infinity II #109

 As it is endlessly pointed out in the Ageless Wisdom, registering and understanding the frequencies of any situation is something that the heart, intuition, buddhic awareness does instantly and mindlessly. Note, mindlessly. There is zero doubt in the heart or the intuition. It was anciently pointed out that the mind is “the slayer of the real”. “It is possible, surely, that the ancient truism, "the mind is the slayer of the real" may be fundamentally true where the mass of humanity is concerned, and that the purely intellectual approach (which rejects the vision and refuses to accept the unprovable) may be far more at fault than the anticipations of the Knowers of God and the expectant multitude.” Externalization of the HIerarchy p.611

We know that practice eventually improves performance. We call it reincarnation. So a consciously, constant vigilance will eventually lead to an instantaneous, automatic kind of heart felt response to any given situation, or one might say, a wise solution.

In the past 60 years, the number of incarnated units of consciousness, or souls, has exploded from 3,000,000,000 to almost 8,000,000,000. Units of consciousness have been incarnating on this planet since the Lemuria Age, some 18,000,000 years ago. We might think that a considerable number of them have gained some measure, some percentage of group consciousness.

As we have observed, group consciousness does not develop or evolve from a zero to 100 percent situation in a day or a life.  Also, group consciousness is not necessarily the name of something that someone knows she or he has. While many group conscious individuals know beyond any doubt that they see values and rights and individual dignity in a completely a different way than their self-centered sisters and brothers, they usually do not think of this as a difference in Consciousness.

Group Consciousness manifests in actions that are generated by an automatic learned awareness of ones unity with others. Call it wisdom, “because all wisdom is knowledge gained by experience and implemented by love. The Rays and the Initiations p.591  It is the normal function of a heart centered consciousness. It is a display of thinking first and data processing next. This is what evolution is about. And, obviously, this ability has slowly been manifesting in humans for, as years go, a very long time. 

To the degree that a person is group conscious she or he will naturally, i.e. “instinctively”, consider the Common Good and the General Welfare in all situations of choice. It is this “instinct” that has been slowly emerging in individual human units that differs Human beings form Animal beings.

For those who are “esoterically” somewhat aware, group conscious individuals are focused on and work from the top three sub planes of the 7^th, 6^th and 5^th planes of the Cosmic Physical Plane. This is basically balancing the pot on the head that Master D.K. is talking about.

“The sign for the Aquarian Age is that of a man, carrying on his shoulders a jar of water so full that it pours over to all and sundry, and yet it diminishes not.  The sign for this Law of Service is very similar, but the difference lies in this; that the man stands, perfectly balanced in the form of a cross, with arms stretched out and with the water pot upon his head.  In this difference there lies much of real significance.  The jar of water, posed upon the shoulders, is a sign of the burden of service.  It is not easy to serve.  Man is today only beginning to learn how to serve.  The jar of water upon the head of the man, who has been upon the cross of sacrifice for so long a time that the position has become to him perfectly natural, indicates that the cross, which has upheld him for so long, has now disappeared.  The man with the water jar upon his head indicates to us poise, equilibrium and balance.  For this balance, the understanding of the Law of Magnetic Impulse has prepared him.  That is the Law of Polar Union and its symbol is the originator of the zodiacal sign for the constellation Libra—balance and service.  These are the two expressions of Divinity which are, today, man's next great objective.” Esoteric Psychology II p. 120

One of the very important facts of evolution (yet seldom considered by us) is that it happens gradually over time. One does not proceed from having the pot precariously balanced on the shoulder to having it perfectly balanced on the head in one easy movement. Also, one gradually learns not to fall into despair and self-pity when the pot falls off either the shoulder or the head and seemingly breaks.

We come back, once again to “practice makes perfect” and vitally “Energy Follows Thought!”

We are approaching the end of a 100 year cycle of the Plan and the beginning of a new 100 year cycle of the Plan. As anyone who has looked even superficially at our long and painful struggle would expect, the Retrogressive forces are pulling out all of their STOPS. We, of course are manifesting all of our GO’s. We have been here many times before. We triumphed, or we would not be here now. It isn’t that we can do this. It is that we have already done it.

Joy is a special Wisdom. Why not be joyful? We are approaching our home after a very long journey!

Endings/Beginings

We all know how everything seems to go quiet, sort of stop just before a big deal is about to occur. The space of the silence and the energy level of the arriving event vary depending on a whole bunch of things. It’s where one is tuned in that matters.

Many of us have had the experience of watching the sunrise from the ocean…how we can literally feel it long before the Light actually breaks the horizon. It is that kind of coming that is moving through many of our Sisters and Brothers.

Endings always are signals of beginnings. Sure, there is much of chaos swirling about now, but that is the way of chaos when the Light approaches. It is a kind of unavoidable energetic reaction to the end of the darkness. In the end it has zero effect on the coming harmony.

Things End! Things Begin!

W

e are well into phase three of the world war that was initiated by Retrogressive Forces in 1914. The first phase known, as WW1, ended in 1918, the year before the last seven year cycle of the 100 year Plan that Hierarchy initiated in 1825.The second phase, WW2, in which the Forces of Light also triumphed, was from 1939 through 1945.

Since the forces of Light also possessed the Atom bomb, total war on the dense physical was no longer an option for the Retrogressors. However, they have still initiated any number of “small” wars to gain their ends: Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, for example. The third and probably last phase of this struggle has been raging on the emotional and mental planes since.

In each of these wars, the forces of Light have been engaged in the ongoing struggle over the Evolution of the Plan with ancient Retrogressive Forces. (See Milton’s Paradise Lost book 1 and 2 for a detailed review of The Retrogressors’ long range counter Plan to the Plan, and A Treatise On The Seven Rays V P. 350) Recall that by1400, “an intense differentiation and crystallization among the nations and governments of the world” Treatise on White Magic p.401 had reached a peak. In response to this a Conclave of the Hierarchy was called in1500. The objective of this Conclave “…was to determine how the urge to integration, which is essentially the keynote of our universal order, could be hastened, and what steps could be taken to produce that synthesis and unification in the world of thought which would make possible the manifestation of the purpose of the divine life which had brought all into being.” Treatise on White Magic p.402

The Retrogressive Forces obviously responded to this effort with their usual tenacity and skill. The history of the planet over the past five centuries documents Humanity’s very bloody struggle to evolve from the separative consciousness of literal ownership and rule of individuals by a powerful few to the group consciousness of freedom and recognition of each one’s free will and the government of, for, and by the People. This bloody struggle, culminating in the first two stages of the most recent world wars, ended with the immediate obliteration of the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the immediate deaths of roughly 110,000 human beings of all ages and sexes, and roughly another 110,000 over the next several months. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atomic_bombings_of_Hiroshima_and_Nagasaki

It seems that it has become clear to all that at this point in human history, another round of war on the dense physical plane would result in total devastation of the planet.  However, as I said we are now deeply involved with Retrogressive forces in the third and, so far, not quite so relatively bloody stage of this battle. In his remarks regarding the 1500 Conclave (the beginning of the 16th century), D.K said, “…this state of affairs marks the summation of the period of separativeness and the end, before so many centuries, of this intense distinctiveness of thought.”

(What “not so many centuries” means is ponderable. Remember, the documentable knowledge of the human relations of our history goes back some 6 or 7 thousand years or 60 or 70 centuries. So the 5 centuries since the 1500 Conclave is, “not so many.”) What this comment means in simple English, is that consciousness has very rapidly  evolved over the past 5 remarkably bloody centuries sufficiently to shift the balance of the focus of Humanity away from the self-centered  illusion of the individual being totally separated from and consequently involved in a battle for survival with all other human beings to the conscious realization of the inclusiveness of the One Humanity and thus into “that synthesis and unification in the world of thought which would make possible the manifestation of the purpose of the divine life which had brought all into being.” Treatise on White Magic p.402

So, now in the last seven year cycle of the100 year plan initiated by the Hierarchy in 1925, we approach the “Three Linked Festivals”. These festivals--Aries, Taurus and Gemini,--are the in-breath cycle for the greater 2019 cycle. They initiate, register, and generate the initial formulation of the goals for the 2019 cycle. This initiating energy (Rays 1 and 7) is coming from the Constellation Aries. Aries “…is the birthplace of ideas, and a true idea is in reality a spiritual impulse taking form—subjective and objective.” Esoteric Astrology p.92

2018 started the last seven year cycle of the 100 year Plan that Hierarchy initiated in 1925. As we know, the sun enters Aries in 2019 on March 20^th at 2 PM P.S.T., and the full moon is 3 hours and 44 minutes later on March 20^th at 5:44 PM P.S.T. The 2019 cycle has two full moons in Aries.

It is inconceivable that the Planners were not aware of these facts when they initiated the 1925 Plan. We can only wonder at the nature and power of these incoming “Spiritual Impulses”.

We have noted the increasing speed with which hugely significant world events are occurring. You could say that things are being wrapped up in preparation for the initiation of the 2025 100 year Plan. Another remarkable event to consider is why this explosion of the number of units of consciousness who have incarnated into the denouement of the 1925 100 year cycle?

The Living Plan

The Plan, as we know is not some document on a piece of paper. It is not a theory or a contract. It is a non-dense-physical organismic formulation, a living thoughtform that has been evolving for longer than we can imagine toward a foreseen goal through an ever expanding consciousness. The Plan as breathed forth from Hierarchy, our planetary Heart center, is based on a “Plan” which Hierarchy received as a “download” or, if you prefer, an in-load or up-load from Shamballa our Planetary Head Center. And what is seldom mentioned or even thought about: Shamballa is also planning based on input from dimensions higher than the Cosmic Physical Plane.

An Eye Blink in Time

We need to understand that 5 centuries in terms of the 70 or so documentable centuries of the history of the planet, to say nothing of the millions of centuries about which our feeble concrete science can only speculate, is an eye blink.

It is also necessary to understand that evolution contracts as it expands. As we liberate ourselves from this physical one dimensional illusion of Reality, less becomes more. “…a true idea is in reality a spiritual impulse taking form”. To comprehend, that is embody, a spiritual impulse is…..well this is what our musicians, our poets, our heroes do. It is what it means to live as a Soul, to be a caring loving person regardless of station.  It is what evolution is all about.

Meat Bound

Caught in this fleshy density,

Imprisoned behind these bones,

Peering through pulpy eyes,

He arrogantly proclaims,

“I Am.”

While still meat bound, man—

One level living, and that the least—

Cannot see the unfolding Plan.

But freed finally from form,

And finally, finely formed—

Exquisitely shaped,

With sinews of light

And eyes of fire—

He stands before the Open Heart.

A seven hued Ray streams form the sky.

There is another factor involved in our evolution that because of our “meat bound focus” does not get much attention. Evolution from our separated point of view is a process that works from the lower dimensions up. In fact it is the Planet that is evolving. What happens on the dense physical planes is an effect of what has occurred on the higher Cosmic Emotional and Mental planes.

Evolution is not waiting for humanity to evolve. Humanity is evolving because the Planet is evolving. Keeping in mind the amazing rapidity with which Humanity has evolved in the past 5 centuries, consider this “offhand” comment from some 65 or 70 years ago from Master D.K.  “It might be added that our planet is, in the immediate cycle, owing to the factors I have lately considered with you, rapidly passing out of this category, [being a non-sacred planet] and on the inner planes and subjectively considered is a sacred planet; the effects of this transition from non-sacred to sacred have not fully demonstrated themselves objectively. The Rays and the Initiations p.414

The point here is that the effects are being “demonstrating objectively”. The energy field which is relatively rapidly becoming dominant on the planet will not be tolerable for those units of consciousness who have not as yet liberated themselves from the bondage of self-absorption. They will have to continue their processing on a planet more conducive to their individual conditions.

It only makes sense. It is science. It has to do with the ability of a form to embody various frequencies of energy. It is called evolution.

Here It Comes

I

t is now, February of 2019, 6 years and some 10 months out, and coming at a speed that has never been seen in the 18 million or so years of our evolution from mass through self to group consciousness. I would suppose that during that long journey, a very large % of the 7.6 billion sisters and brothers who are presently incarnated on Earth have been involved in the unavoidable evolutionary process of reincarnation and the construction of the “Bridge to Sanity” or the antahkarana as the Ageless Wisdom calls it.  As a result I would guess that a significant number of them have evolved to a state of group consciousness at some level.

Reincarnation, by the way, is an essential aspect of Sanity, or group consciousness. We do not hear much about it even at spiritual-type conferences because it is among the most misunderstood, abused, even savaged and ridiculed concepts that we have. However, without the concepts of Reincarnation and Group Consciousness Life is simply a meaningless revolution.  Reincarnation is what makes evolution coherent, beautiful, and worth it!

These present probably, hopefully!  billions of relatively group conscious individuals are not necessarily consciously aware of being “group conscious” in the esoteric scientific sense of what that means.  Just as we are not conscious of and do not get excited about realizing that we can talk and walk, they do not think, "Oh, I am group conscious!”

 They were simply born that way.

As a result of experience gained in the multitude of journeys through countless levels and kinds of lives, we are now “instinctively” group conscious. We naturally see the variety of forms and cultural traits of humanity not as divisive and in competition with one another but as amazing and wonderful aspects of simply being human. We understand and love the incredible variation of the life forms on the planet, from the mineral through the plant and animal kingdoms. Being group conscious, we do not see these various forms in these different kingdoms of Life as being at war with one another. We naturally see the beauty and harmony of Creation. And we quite naturally love all of it. 

This is a very, very basic first step in the evolution of conscious. At its core it is one of the initial groups of realizations that accompany the “I am THAT” experience package. In this or some earlier incarnation, when we first had the experience, the realization that we are more than our bodies, and our properties, we also unavoidably realized that so is everyone else!

This was the first step out of the box of separative self-consciousness. On a very basic level this means that we naturally, or “instinctively” see differences in other humans not as alien separations from ourselves, but as countless beautiful varieties of ourselves.

It is really time for us to move past the overly 6^th and 3^rd Ray Piscean intellectual understanding of the past 190 years or so that still binds us to the concept of a one dimensional reality. If we ever expect to make sense of just what is going on here, this evolution is of course necessary in all of the different fields of Science.  And especially is it necessary if we are ever going to have any kind of a rational system of what we call Right Human Relations, or simply Government on the planet.

It is also essential to realize that it is Humanity that is evolving and not just us as individuals, or a single country here and there. Globally, new group conscious social systems of Government, grounded in the principles of the Common Good and General Welfare, in the concepts of community, equality, and individual dignity are struggling to manifest. A triumph in one nation or even in one city or town, is a triumph for all. In fact a triumph for any single one of us is a triumph for all of us because we all share the same Consciousness.

In the past few hundred years Humanity as a whole has made significant steps. The presence of Group consciousness is what is driving these efforts. Frequently it appears that we are set back by the forces of Retrogression. But each small step advances the whole. Evolution of consciousness cannot be stopped, and indicators of its growing presence are appearing in younger and younger individuals.

In a document to which I have referred, the “Darjeeling Declaration”, one of the impressions received in the group’s meditation during the exact time of the Wesak Festival in 2001 was that the Externalization and Reappearance was beginning then and the true government, led by disciples and initiates, would be in place by 2025.

If we look back over the past 20 years it is very clear that ever widening cleavages between the many and the few are apparent in all sectors of our social systems. Perhaps the most obvious is the cleavage between the wealthy and the rest of the population. According to Inequality.org, “Three men own as much wealth as the bottom half of Americans.”  “Forbes has pinned down a record 2,208 billionaires …This elite group is worth $9.1 trillion, up 18% since last year.” https://www.forbes.com/billionaires

It is as if the blood of our body were being syphoned off and hoarded by some one organ. The inequalities in this area of wealth or blood generate the inequalities and diseases throughout all of the social systems. The planet as is indicated by the hoarding or non-circulation of wealth through the Human Kingdom is hugely sick and out of balance.

Considering both the numerous environmental events and the raging world around political crisis, the effects of human generated disequilibrium are quite obvious. It may seem that all of these rather violent in many cases shifts and movements are forerunners of doom. However, these violent shifts and movements are actually evidence of the ongoing struggle to bring equilibrium into the systems.

The Liberation of Women

For example, a major imbalance in humanity that has been present forever in the know history of humanity is the shibboleth of women being weaker than, therefore lesser than, males. Over time, this particular, deviously generated delusion has deprived untold billions of their free will. The goal of the present powerful and finally triumphing ages long struggle by women is to gain Equality. As they accomplish this goal, they also reveal the equilibrium that exists in the very roots of Humanity, the existing synthesis of female and male.

It seems so simple, we simply cannot have one without the other. Why it has taken 18 million years to get this is …?

There are similar struggles in racial, religious, economic, and education areas going on all over the planet. And the same comments can be made about any perceived difference in any sister or brother from race to what foods we will or won’t eat. These imbalances generated by the divisions and cleavages are all being brought into the light, and dissolved. They are after all only illusions generated and perpetuated by Retrogressive forces to keep Humanity enslaved.

Times Up! Humanity is consciously expanding into the Aquarian Age.

So, this 7 year period, between now, 2019 and 2025, is akin to a birthing process.  Humanity while relatively still in the infant stage, is emerging, kind of in mass, from 18 million years of deluded, separative self-consciousness. A consciously unified Humanity regardless of any external variations is the unavoidable result of the unavoidable expansion of Consciousness.

I expect that we have no idea of the Beauty that this version of Humanity will unleash on the planet. However, thanks to the unavoidable process of reincarnation, we will all get opportunities to do our bit in the One Work.

The Bondage of Self-Consciousness

Infinity is pure Intention. According to the Ageless Wisdom, it appears as a Word. As above so below! “…people must understand that the word is the pedal of thought—that each word is a thunder-bearing arrow.” Community #47 Pay attention to Intension.

Less that an eye-blink ago, 1929-39, Humanity experienced an event called the Great Depression. This event was seen by our pseudo-scientific economics experts as an effect of previous events. These previous events were seen as causal, and these so called “causes” received tons of analysis.

This analysis has about 5 or 6 very different theories. Each of these theories was generated by a different economics expert from different authoritative “schools” of economics. The analysis concerns interpretations of and fixes for the various kinds of effects which impacted and “caused” the Depression or the present effect. None of these fixes has or will ever have any lasting corrective effect.

None of these various and often contradicting theories has made it possible for us to avoid economic depressions or recessions since, for example, the “Greatest Depression” of 1970.  As we know from many years of dreadful experience of trying to “fix” problems by dealing with the effects, none of these efforts ever will fix anything, because none of them deal with the initiating causes of these ages long strings of cause and effect events.

The Devil is in The Motives

The essential unseen cause, or the Devil in these and most of the other problems of Humanity, is not in the “details”. It is literally the presence in our bodies of an individual totally separate Self-Consciousness. This consciousness is the ancient product of the delusion that we are our physical bodies and by extensions ours things or property. We are also absolutely certain that we are mortal and that we can kill or be killed by many other things. It is this delusion of our identification with our forms and our fear of death that motivates or drives many of our most significant decisions.

The concepts which lie behind the policies and the manifestation of those policies into forms are the products of this separative self-conscious notion of Reality. This delusion has done and continues to prevent people from realizing the synthetic factual nature of the World, indeed, of the Cosmos, in which we literally live and move and have our being. It has limited, even blocked, our knowledge and understanding of Cosmos to the dense physical planes, to what can be seen and measured. Scientists and Philosophers, in fear of being branded as idealistic fools, or dreamers, have left any efforts to deal with the nonphysical-dense dimensions of our Cosmos in the hands of various religions, con-artists, and actual fanatics.

Since beginning, the various social systems which produced the many civilizations on Earth are mostly products of this separative delusion of Reality. Prime examples are our present “capitalistic” economic systems. These systems are grounded in the power of the ignorant concept of the private ownership of what we call Property.

Ownership of Private Property

This concept, an actual product of the delusion of separative self-consciousness, is accepted as some kind of cosmic law. It creates and justifies separations and class structures based on an individual’s power to claim and hold, or own as “private property” a thing, any “thing” from huge land masses, to a lump of gold, or some other person’s actual body. If this owned thing is not dense physical but a corporation or such, and big enough, it can be divided into individually owned “shares”. The “thing” can be given, sold, stolen, or simply taken away from any one individual by any other individual by guile or power. A huge portion of our “laws” are dedicated to protect one’s private property from just such banditry.

The delusion of the ownership of property also empowers another common, and blindly accepted as fact, shibboleth. “The poor will always be with you.” This shibboleth provides convenient moral coverage and justification for the huge inequalities generated by absurd economic systems.

Stagnation of Evolution

Systems of government and economics generated by such delusionary concepts have not evolved or changed very much in the 6 or 7 thousand years that we know anything about. They continue to create and maintain separation, division and class structuring based on wealth power. As they always have, they fail to meet the basic needs of billions of people while creating super wealthy classes of “.01 to .001”percenters.

We used to call the lower classes property, slaves, or serfs. More recently they are just called the lower classes or the poor. The .01%, as the wealthy and super wealthy owners of property are now known, used to be called Kings and Rulers. They are just called the Rich now or occasionally a CEO. They still live in “castles” and travel around in luxury vehicles, planes, and yachts. The top 10% own 77% of the U.S. wealth. The top .1% own 38.6%. The Illusion of Independence

None of our systems, institutions, laws, and policies are independent. In scientific fact, they are all interdependent. They all interact and have various effects on each other. Thus, through our economic, social, political systems we remain deeply involved in a worldwide struggle between those forces who champion the Common Good and General Welfare and the ancient forces of retrogression who continue to struggle to maintain their dominance in many respects over the planet.

For just one example of this ongoing struggle: The U.S. government has just emerged from a 35 day “shut down” ordered by a single individual. The President, who acting as if he were a King, was demanding that he be given 5.7 billion dollars to construct a fantasy wall along the U.S. southern border to keep persons from Mexico and other Central American nations from seeking asylum in the U.S. When the Congress denied to give him this money, he shut down the government by refusing to sign a t continuing resolution bill passed by congress.

The Social and economic effects of this action which, among many other things stopped the wages of 800,000 employees of the government, were and will continue to be devastating. His actions not only effected huge numbers of individuals, but many sectors of our national life and indeed, as our national life is an intrinsic part of it, the planet.

From this point of view we can see that all of our struggles are, in one significant respect, political. They are about the creation of societies of Equality and Justice. The struggle is between those who would continue holding Humanity hostage in the delusionary prison of separative self-consciousness and those who understand the natural Evolution, and unavoidable expansion of consciousness from separative self-consciousness to the inclusive synthesis of “group” consciousness.

Over the centuries the evolution of Humanity was driven by the Good Intentions of various relatively group conscious groups and individuals who sought to upgrade the prison through humanistic political policies that would provide for the Common Good. They created examples and exposed possibilities to others who followed. Gradually we were able to grasp the meaning and significance of their sacrifices and to take steps in their footprints.

It is this gradual expansion of consciousness that Freedom is all about. Freedom is the liberation of the Inner Reality of a human being, from the prison of self-consciousness to the liberty of Infinity. Or you might say, Freedom is our liberation from the delusion of our personal identification with our dense forms to the conscious realization that we are, as the Ageless Wisdom says, “THAT”.

The “That” is the immortal inner presence of the consciousness that actuates our forms. This includes our dense physical bodies of course, but also all of our material possessions, our “property”. It is our identification with these things, these items that give our separative personalities reality and power. The more we have the greater the delusion we have of ourselves as separate Personalities.

Incidentally, the giving of everything away and becoming a pious beggar is definitely not the point. Shifting the responsibility for staying alive onto the “charity” of others is a really selfish con job. The point is to relinquish the identification with and the ownership of things including money, regardless of “how much” is involved, and to pick up the responsibility of using whatever resources one has at whatever level of the system one is occupying for the support of the Common Good, and the General Welfare.

Only free people can operate at this level of service. In fact, this is what freedom means. It means paying attention to our intentions. It means the conscious joyful participation in the process of Evolution, or if you prefer, “The Unfolding Plan”.

The expansion of consciousness is what Evolution is about. It has been happening from the beginning. It involves a synthesis that shifts the polarization of Humanity from “Mind over Matter” to Heart over Mind.

Think about it…with our hearts…it is the Heart alone that can encompass Infinity.

Tactica Adversa

We have just experienced a huge and damaging blow to Liberty, Justice and Freedom. This blow was actually the latest and most physically direct in the couple of years since these forces gained access to the executive Power of the United States of America. This specific effort of the Retrogressive Forces took and held captive the livelihood, the employment and the resulting wages, of some 800,000 specific individuals and probably another 200,000 family members who depended for their daily sustenance on those wages.

We have been talking about Cosmic Physics for years, frequently about Newton's third law of motion or “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction”. This Law has been know anciently as Tactica Adversa. What do you suppose the equal and opposite reaction to this present atrocity will be?

We have all read many books and seen lots of movies about the “future.” What was futuristic in most of these books and movies was the technology. We knew it was the future because it had space ships, ray-guns, photon torpedoes. Different kinds of people lived on different planets in different parts of the Galaxy.

Otherwise, it all seemed the same: The same old people with the same old problems of selfishness, race superiority, greed and lust for power. They just had fancy new stone axes.

There were good people and bad people. The main persons, both the good and bad, and both female and male are of a superior class: Admirals, Captains, Princesses, Dukes, Presidents and so forth. The bad people were fighting to maintain their material status, their possessions, and their power over the good people.

Nations or groups of planets were at war with other nations or groups of planets over imagined race and value differences. The reasons for the wars were identical. The only thing that had changed was the weapons.

In the books and movies, at great loss, good people “win”. However, eventually some new good people, have to do it over again.

In short, any of these events could have been occurring at practically any time we know anything about in the last 6 or 7 thousand years. One thing we do know is that during those years, the human dense physical body did not change in any basic way.

True. Underlying the tales in some of the more thoughtful episodes of Star Trek and Star Wars there are discussions and themes of Human rights and Principles. However, on the whole the only thing that changed was the technology, particularly the technology we used to get around on the planet, or now, in the Galaxy and kill each other.

It is obvious that the future is not about better tools. The printing press which did not appear until 1400, the wondrous electronic technological advances we have been making over the past 100 years, none of this is evidence of human evolution or humanities Future. “People love to listen to news and to receive toys, but few are ready to refine their consciousness.” Fiery world Part 2 1934

Human evolution is not about the technology we invent. It is about how we use the technology. In fact, technology can be, and in many cases always has been, used as a retrogressive and inhibiting force to human Evolution. Consider the use to which retrogressive forces have used the technology of Media. They generate a constant stream of hysteria, fear and hate filled thoughtforms which dominate and delude large sectors of the public. They generate powerful images which play on people’s desires and fears to buy anything from miracle pills to golf courses. The use of technology to further the divisions and separations of individuals into classes of poor and wealthy, the rulers and the ruled are indicators of the blocking or inhibiting of evolution.

So if not technology, what, exactly, is the Future? Numerous dictionaries say something like the future is “the period of time that will come after the present time”. Not very helpful.

Revolving or Evolving

From an overview of human history—at least the 5 or 6 thousand years about which we know anything—it seems like the same old merry-go-round. Rather than evolving we have simply been revolving. But if we know what to look for, if we look under or through at what is going on behind the technology upgrades, and the endless competition for wealth and power, the future may be closer than we think.

Deep in the middle of all of this, at the very core of it, Humanity has evolved. We have made actual advances into the real Future. Even in ancient times there were human beings among us who knew and struggled, usually at the cost of their liberty or lives, to model the Future, and there were many others who did not know, but sensed, or felt that there was something more in us, something well beyond our dense physical vehicles.

What that something was, was never anything that could be measured in any verifiable way. Yet, it could be expressed, modeled, demonstrated by the way we lived. We know about the heroes of history who struggled endlessly and mainly died to move that something closer to a realization for all of us.

We were/are not so aware of the millions of others who watched and learned and tried to emulate the behaviors of those heroes. Mothers and fathers struggled to raise their children to be conscious of others and to understand that we shared a basic sameness in terms of the needs for understanding and compassion. Hundreds of millions of people worked to live good lives of caring and serving and gradually those principles grew in all of the planet’s societies.

These virtues of Humanity are and were present in all cultures. This is the something who we are. This something is what we call Consciousness. Consciousness is actually nothing, No-Thing. Consciousness is the harmony, the balance, the compassion and love, the recognition of and the joy in our realized Oneness. Humanity is becoming more and more conscious of this Reality, of who we are.

Consciousness = Future

These advances, eked out over millions of years, have to do with the future, with the expansion of consciousness within the human being. Rather than simply revolving and doing the same mindless and heartless things with different tools, this expanding consciousness gradually generates an evolution from the ignorance of identification of reality with our dense physical bodies and our material possessions what we call “self-consciousness” to a deeper understanding and awareness of the Knower, “A point of Light within a greater Light.” This is what we call “Group Consciousnesses”.

This evolving realization that we are in fact one Humanity carries with it a deeper and growing understanding of the Reasons why we are alive, and the Laws by which we govern how we live. This is what has been growing and is now blossoming in Humanity.

Opinions of current one dimensional science concerning the appearance of humans, depending on what qualifies as “human”, go anywhere from 3.2 million to 300,000 years. However there exists Science that is not bound by the one dimensional illusion of Reality that indicates this experiment has been underway for much, much longer.

A Tom Aside

The short story is that Earth evolution was stalled because the form that had been evolved to carry the Human frequency, “the animal man”, could not make the next step, from animal to Human Being, without the “spark of mind”. This “spark of mind” was supplied by highly advanced beings from Earth’s “alter ego”, Venus. These were “The sons of God shot forth like arrows from the bow.” The result was a being with an animal body that had a mind that could interact with the brain. However it took a very long “time” for that to become successful.

All of the above is a very simplified version of these Cosmic events. For a much deeper version we could search “the lords of flame” in the Bailey books. Here is one link to some core data:

“They implanted a germ of mind in the secondary group of animal-men who were ready for individualization.  This group, for a long time, was unable to express itself, and was most carefully nurtured by the Lords of Flame, nearly proving a failure.  By the time, however, that the last subrace of the Lemurian root race was at its height it suddenly came into the forefront of the then civilization, and justified hierarchical effort.” Treatise on Cosmic Fire P.1148

    

To Resume

“This took place twenty-one million years ago.  Cycles passed and when at a later date the sun was in Leo (approximately eighteen million years ago) the first instances of coordination between brain and mind took place and the human being was definitely self-conscious.” A Treatise on White Magic P. 441

So, from an actual scientific point of view, we have been at this business of evolving for a very long time. We have been “self-conscious” for something like 18,000,000 years. Our “recorded history” of this time is only 6 to 7 thousand years.

I could make a pages long list of events and happenings that have occurred in just the past 500 years that signify the astounding speed up of the progress of the evolutionary growth of consciousness from the separative delusion of “self-consciousness” to the reality of group consciousness. Here are just two examples circa early 15 hundreds that are simply not recognized for what they actually were: 1. Martin Luther’s nailing of a copy of his 95 Theses to the door of the Wittenberg Castle church, and 2. Henry 8’s booting the Pope out of England.

These and other like events in the 15 and early 16 hundreds initiated huge steps in the freeing of the Human mind, at least in the west, first from the vice like grip of the Dogmatic Rule of the Catholic Church. This led to vast reductions in the power of the Church, numerous centuries long wars all over the Western world, the dismantling of Royal Rule and the appearance of Democracy.

Human evolution is about the growing realization of the innate presence of the Free Will of every single human Being and major efforts to implement that knowing in political, social, and economic policies that see and serve the Common Good and General Welfare as the corner stones of Human Life on this planet. There are literally thousands of examples of the evolution of self-consciousness to group consciousness. Consider the creation of the United States Constitution, The Emancipation Proclamation, Women’s Suffrage, worldwide Labor Movements, the triumph of democracy over fascism in WW1 and 2, the creation of the United Nations, etcetera, and etcetera.  

So, here we are, January 2019, a mere 500 years later. This is an eye-blink in our 18 million year evolutionary history! Think of what was going on only 500 years ago.

In 1990, 29 measly years ago, there were 5.3 billion people on the planet. Recent United Nations estimates place the human population of the planet to be 7.7 billion.

Although the evolution of consciousness is still not recognized by current one dimensional science, consider the possibility that a significant percentage of these 7.7 billion units of consciousness or “souls” have through the unavoidable process of reincarnation over the past 18 million years evolved from a state of self consciousnesses to the synthesis of group consciousness.

Each one is one. And at the same time, each one is either consciously or instinctively aware of a kind of belonging or unity with all of the rest of Humanity. This is what Synthesis does.

It is the observably growing presence of the synthesis of self and group consciousness in the Human or 4^th Kingdom that is driving the evolutionary changes we have been witnessing over the past few hundred years.

We expect those who are still mired in the delusion of materialism to scoff at these possibilities. However, for those who have even a glimmer of an open mind The Future, in spite of all the theatrics, pain and suffering being inflicted not just on Humanity but on the entire planet by the retrogressive minded ones, is indeed bright. For many the Future is here now.

The 2 questions we each need to answer for ourselves are Really, Who and Where are we NOW?
