It is clear that Trump’s sense of reality is not based on
the Common Good and General Welfare. His is a vision of the few worthies of
wealth, those who are like him, who think like him who are “more equal than
others”, those who live in present versions of castles and mansions, and get
about on private planes and yachts, those who are multimillion or billionaires,
literally Lording it over the masses. His is a view of ancient centuries. His
concerns, as trumpeted on any available media for the past couple of years, seldom
concern the health and welfare of the citizens. His recent suggestion that we
go back to business as usual by April 12 is typical. “You’ll have packed
churches all over our country. I think it would be a beautiful time.”
This is not totally a problem with the possession of a kind
of great power which is what “money” represents. It is what you support with it,
how you use it. It is more a problem of
the difference between the old age delusion of separateness, and the group
consciousness of this Post Delusion Age. (DINA 1 p.
271-3 for an “esoteric” or common sense view of what money is and how we need
to use it.)
Bill Gates’s comments on a TED Talk compared to Trumps urges
for people to go back to work, is an example of the right use of vast power. “It
is really tragic that the economic effects of this are very dramatic. Nothing
like this has ever happened to the economy in our lifetimes,” Gates said. “But
money, you know bringing the economy back and doing money, that’s more of a
reversible thing than bringing people back to life. And so we’re going to take
the pain in the economic dimension — huge pain — in order to minimize the pain
in the disease and death dimension.” TED Talk march 24.
Yesterday, the New York
Times published an article, “The People Leading When Leaders Do Not” (Google to read) which reported on the
personal action of a number of citizens of Johnson City, Tenn. When the
governor of Tennessee did not act to control crowds and such from exposure to
the corona virus, individuals did. The single move of one owner of 3 pizza
shops operating on a sense of the Common Good or group consciousness shuttered
his 3 shops. His action triggered a flood of other small business people
shutting down their operations.
These People, individuals such as those who are mentioned in
the above story are the way forward.
Many individuals, but actually a dwindling group, are so
self-centered that they simply are blind to the Common Good. This is not necessarily
a crime. It is simply a matter of not having evolved as yet from the delusion
of being separated from Reality. A large numbers of these individuals are
presently part of our Government. (BTW Have you
ever wondered why Trump has appeared particularly now as we approach 2025 which
is the climax of a 100 year cycle?)
Fortunately there is as an animated and rapidly growing
majority of individuals in this country and on the planet who are naturally
group conscious. They naturally see the Common Good. They live their individual
lives in concert with that vision without seeing it as some really big deal.
As we have seen in the past few years, these individuals are
becoming more and more willing to speak and act on their inner convictions. The
recent takeover of the House of Representatives by individuals who are relatively
group conscious and are aware of the Common Good is an indicator of what’s
coming.
This is undoubtedly hard for the blind to see. This is just
the first wave of the coming avalanche. They sense it, and they fear it. Trump,
who is totally fear driven is a raving
example of this condition.
During this hiatus of dense physical meetings, individuals
are connecting more than they ever have through the eithers and the internet.
We are building a vast inner-net through these links. We are establishing
closer connections with more and more of each other than was ever possible in
marches and such. Communicate, Breath, Vote, write, talk, text.
Revolution goes around in circles. Evolution is unavoidable
it proceeds in an ever closing cycle from the “Divine Right” of Kings to the
Truth of Free Will. “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are
created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable
Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
